Should we be held liable, the problem will be resolved through administrative procedures of THE EXODOERS and in accordance with the arbitrary rules of civil procedure set forth by the Republic of the Philippines. Claims related to any liability related to us will be determined through administrative procedure or arbitration by the court.

Administrative procedures is the first means of resolving disputes by forwarding complaints to the administrative body of THE EXODOERS which includes its parent organization. If administrative alone cannot resolve or if there is a need for a third party to help resolve the matter, the issue will be settled through arbitration.
Arbitration is another means to resolve disputes. It uses a neutral arbitrator which can be another lawyer or a judge, instead of filing a lawsuit in court. While it is less formal, the arbitrator can award the same damages and relief that courts can award. These will be settled amicably and in accordance to the administrative and civil procedures as set for by the laws and legal orders of the Republic of the Philippines.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute that arises from or in connection to this agreement will be resolved and determined under the Philippine laws.
