THE EXODOERS (collectively referred to as “us”, “we”, “the website”, “the site”, “the app”) is a platform that aims to promote World Travel and Tourism. While it may be considered as an Advertising and Marketing platform, it may, in one form or another, provide tourists and travelers (both collectively referred to as “you”, “the users”, “our users”, “site visitors”) products and services designed and built for their travel needs.

 

The Privacy Policy applies when you use the website’s Services (referred to as “our services”). The Site Visitors, either located here in the Philippines or abroad, will share their personal and professional identities (collectively referred to as “identities”), engage with us through our website and our hyperlocal pages (collectively referred to as “channels”), and will be given notifications on privileges to view new updates.

While you may also request to have your account with us deleted or removed, please note that this doesn’t include any past transactions you have with us using your previous account as we keep track of those and are considered information which are also reserved to be disclosed with third parties in accordance to the law and by virtue of court orders for the usage of aiding court proceedings.

Information provided by users may be used in sending administrative emails which include updates on our product and services including notifications on changes to website features, privacy and terms and condition stipulations, and other administrative information which may directly or indirectly affect users’ engagement with us through our channels.

Users are given the right to choose whether to continue or opt-out on promotional emails on deals provided by Merchant Users and are made available, either exclusively or inclusively with us. In the event that you opt-out, you will not be able to receive any Merchant promotional update with us.
